Gynecomastia should not be a concern when using this steroid. There is zero to no conversion to estrogen in the body so water retention and ‘man boobs’ will not appear in the user.

Anabol 4-19 is on the list of long and forgotten steroids nowadays. As a medical drug, production was stopped years ago and so the name is nearly forgotten. Even to buy steroids like this on the black market would be a hard find, and, as with all steroids bought from untrustworthy sources, guarantees over quality can not be made.
