Thioderon, Anabolic Steroid
Thioderon is the commercial name given to the 17-beta etherified derivative of epitiostane. Based on animal assays, mepitiostane displays anabolic activity, on a milligram for milligram basis, comparable with that of methyltestosterone.
The chemical alteration with the addition of 17-beta methoxycyclopentyl ester helps increase the bioavailability when administered orally. This steroid is not known to have hepatotoxic effects as it is not a c17-alpha alkylated compound so liver toxicity should not be a concern.
This anabolic steroid was first discovered I 1966 during investigations into a series of A-ring modified androstane derivatives. Since its discovery, this compound has not taken off throughout the globe as either a prescription medication or performance enhancing drug.
Japan has been the only country to take this steroid further since the original description in 1966. Thioderon was the commercial name given to the drug after the Japanese took researching further in 1974. This led to the drug being used a medication to treat conditions such as breast carcinoma and anaemia associated with renal failure.
This steroid has been chemically altered to increase anabolic activity, whilst reducing relative androgenicity. That makes this steroid lean more towards anabolic activity rather than androgenic. Still expect to experience bouts of oily skin and acne whilst running this anabolic steroid.
You can only buy steroids such as Thioderon in Japan nowadays, and it is unlikely to find counterfeits on the black market.
